It's a wrap! is an app for film crew, made by rwagner.sk s. r. o. This policy covers the app and the website itsawrapapp.com. The app is in development; we will update this policy before new features that change how data is handled are released.
Who we are

The short version
Your projects, times and invoices stay on your phone. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We do not sell data. A document leaves your phone only when you ask the app to read it with AI and agree to it.
Data stored on your device
The app stores what you enter on your phone only: projects and rates, shoot days and times, clients, invoices, and your own invoicing details (name or company, address, bank account, logo). We have no access to this data. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it.
Calendar
If you allow it, the app writes your shoot days to the calendar you choose. This happens on your device.
Company lookup
When you enter a company ID, your phone asks a public business register for the company's name and address (Slovakia: the Register of Legal Entities and the Register of Financial Statements; Czech Republic: ARES). Only the company ID is sent. These registers are run by public authorities and receive your IP address as part of the request.
Reading a call sheet with AI
The app can read a call sheet or schedule in a layout it does not know by sending it to an AI model. This happens only if you agree when the app asks. Then:
- The document is sent through our server (hosted by Cloudflare) to the Claude model operated by Anthropic.
- Our server does not store the document. It stores the result (project title, dates, times and places) for up to 90 days, linked to a fingerprint of the file, so the same file is not sent twice.
- Our server logs contain technical data only (document type, size, duration, status), not the content.
- Anthropic may keep the document for up to 30 days and does not use it to train its models.
Call sheets often contain names and phone numbers of other people. Send a document only if you are allowed to share it. The legal basis is your consent; you can refuse and enter the data by hand.
Website
itsawrapapp.com uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you. We keep the conversation as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable time after.
Shop waiting list
If you leave your email on the Extras page, we store it with the piece you picked and the date, on our server hosted by Cloudflare. We use it once, to tell you that the shop has opened. Then we delete it, at the latest 12 months after you signed up. The legal basis is your consent. To be removed earlier, write to info@itsawrapapp.com.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare (website hosting, the shop waiting list, the server for AI reading, email routing)
- Anthropic (AI reading, only with your consent)
- Google (our mailbox, if you email us)
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@itsawrapapp.com. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Children
The app is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children.
